I don't want to be too fussy with the dock.
In addition to using exiting infrastructure, I wanted to make the dock specs as simple as possible because we cant expect everything in disaster zones.
But I did set a few minimum requirements.
The width: 25~70m (depending on how many doors are needed
Depth: 20m (Assuming the ships draft is 12m (typical for a ship of this size)
